My girlfriend and I are moving out of the apartment in Yalchin in mid-November (on the 15th).
I am looking for tenants to replace us, the apartment is on the 13th floor, 1+1, $400, rent for 6 or 12 months (can be longer).
Windows facing Turkey, very bright apartment. Neighbors are not noisy.
There is air conditioning, central heating, everything for living.
The owners are the best from my rental experience, it's very awkward for them that we have to move out, so I want to find someone to replace us, if interested, write!
