The first payment was in November 2024. I continue to pay on schedule and each subsequent $500 payment will naturally add to the price. • In addition to the amount paid according to the installment schedule, you will additionally pay me 100 dollars per square meter - which amounts to 5870 dollars - the mentioned amount can be negotiated with the real buyer. • After the settlement, you will be replaced in the previous purchase agreement and will continue to pay the amount according to the installment schedule (the equivalent of 500 dollars in GEL every month) from the moment of replacement, as it is established by the agreement.
