Step 2. We clean up the mess
Then comes the part the source sites do not do. We merge duplicates: agents often post the same flat five times with different photos and prices. We fingerprint the photos, catch the repeats and keep one listing instead of five.
We also track how often each phone number appears. If one number posts its tenth flat this week, that is an agent, even if the ad says "owner, no commission". We label these honestly.
Step 3. We match and send
Every bot user has filters: city, districts, price, rooms. The moment a new flat passes your filters, the bot sends it to you. Not in a daily digest, immediately. In rentals this is everything: good flats are gone within hours.
